TRAINING
We believe that training is imperative in order to understand the plans developed. Each plan or program is associated with a complete training activity, consisting of a theory section that presents the foundations, structures, and various roles and responsibilities, and an equally important “Implementation” section that targets the degree to which the theory has been assimilated, while exposing users to simulated situations that foster the development of a comfort zone.
